Payment Terms
70% deposit will be required upon approval of an estimate, and before work begins. Remaining 30% due upon project completion.
Warranty
90 days for small parts and devices up to 1 year and the manufacturer warranty from the time of service.
Craftsmanship is always warranted under lifetime, and it will be done right, with peace of mind!
Liability
Flash Electric is not responsible for any home damages, sheetrock, trusses, water damages, etc. unrelated to the work performed.
